Job Description

  • Manage the daily operation of Telesales to meet sales KPI targets and in line with the Company’s objectives and strategies
  • Manage teams of Sales and Sales support to meet targets and quality
  • Drive the Telesales team to meet indicators: Approve rate, Average order value, Delivery rate, and daily/weekly/monthly revenue

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of Telesales management experience (team size at least 100 HCs) 
  • Good communication in English
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fast action, dynamic & professional manners
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Motivation and Coaching skills
  • Analysis skill
  • Pressure management
  • Time management
  • Be familiar with the start-up environment and good reporting skills are preferred

Working Time

Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Job Purpose:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create procedures/policies for the sales team to ensure target achievement
  • Set KPIs for the team to reach the targets
  • Create appropriate call scripts/sales promotions to attract customers to selling
  • Analyze sales data to improve processes and ensure resources are properly allocated, maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operation performance
  • Ensure all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded
  • Review the performance of staff, identifying coaching needs, and planning coaching sessions
  • Handl the most complex customer complaints or inquiries
  • Support subordinates to solve difficult issues and give suitable direction
  • Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including the hiring, promotion, demotion, vacations, leaves of absence, and release of staff
  • Evaluate staff on KPIs
  • Prepare reports on sales daily
  • Motivate and retaining staff
  • Lead, management, and capacity management to meet KPI’s target
  • Build up the Sales team
