1. Strategic planning and set up operations in a timely and cost-effective manner:
- Strong business sense as the basis to conduct situational analysis and geographical targeting exercises to help BOD make the right decisions promptly
- Set up infrastructure and complete all preliminary works before the operation starts under guidance and support from Head Quarter (HQ), including making effective connections with external partners in all areas:
- Products: Liaise with factories for product development, product registration and compliance
- Logistics: Liaise with 3PLs for fulfillment and last-mile services
- Telephone system and infrastructure companies for call center.
- Incorporation legal matters: Liaise with consultants, and law firms to set up business in compliance with the law
- Recruitment: Support HQ in related activities
- Other research related to local marketing and sales online activities, customers, and competitor analysis
2. Manage all daily business activities and Budget control
- Take responsibility for Sales/ Revenue growth and Profitability and other quality targets (product quality and distribution, customer service satisfaction goals)
- Develop/implement and monitor operational plans within budgets to achieve operational KPIs and business results targets while ensuring alignment and linkage between country team and Regional with regards to process and procedure, policy
- Create initiatives for continuous improvement on all KPIs
- Build rapport with partners and agents in the country, handling all issues so that our business runs smoothly daily
Working Time
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
3. Generate Progress Report
- Produce business performance reports, and regulatory compliance reports to submit to superiors in corporate HQ on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as requested
- Provide other necessary reports to secure maximum market share and sustainable market growth
4. Employee Management
- Manage local team expectations especially when it comes to necessarily fast changes in operation: Brief the teams about the needs, priorities, KPIs, and reasons behind the applied strategy from BOD to meet our business goals
- Involved in staff selection, training development, scheduling, and ongoing professional development of employees
- Plan capacity and build the capability of country teams to contextualize and deliver successful KPIs targets
- Being a good leader that the team can rely on and not afraid to get things done

- Sales skills (sales planning, market penetration strategy, manpower development)
- Problem-solving, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills both in local and English
- Agile and hard working – not a 9-5 job

2. Education and experience
- Must have: Call Center / Telesales managing experience in the latest companies
- Strong background in Sales, insurance, marketing, and/or operation background
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any discipline
- 6 years + team management experience, P&L calculation and monitoring
- Experience in leading and managing an organization (departments, divisions, ops, back office, HR, finance, sales)
- Product sourcing, logistics, e-commerce, or setting up operation experience a plus
3. Communication scope
- This position requires communication across countries/regions. Fluent in English is a must
